I can’t even begin to describe how happy I am with the service they provided! To start out with, Tameeka was amazing! Every time I called or had questions regardless of the time she answered with such a great attitude, professional and joyful! I requested a quote and got a response right away! They came to my house within two days of my initial call! I received an estimated time of arrival day before. The day of service they arrived on time (actually earlier than scheduled) They were friendly and did an AMAZING JOB! It’s hard to find great companies that do amazing work, especially in South Florida! Hands down one of the best companies I’ve dealt with! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to EVERYONE

Two very large companies were recommended for roof cleaning by our HOA for their pricing (which they did not offer me when I called to schedule)! I found Zero pressure online through customer reviews and I couldn’t be happier. They provide a personalized and interactive service AND did what they say they were going to do! BTW they were competitively priced with these other two companies for roof cleaning and had much better price for total exterior house washing which we also had done I. Our one story home. James and Hannah arrived early and ready to work. Their office manager Tamika, who scheduled us and our next door neighbor who wasn’t around, was responsive and efficient. James and Hannah worked hard (3+ hours) on our house to ensure an outstanding job. Plus they took every precaution to protect our landscaping throughout the entire cleaning process. We later learned that the HOA recommended companies spent less time and disregarded landscaping so that many neighbors had plants that wilted and some plants even died afterwards. I highly recommend zero pressure‼️ They provided before and after pictures of my roof to show their results of which they were proud! I have recommended them to other neighbors and to our HOA management team. They were. Terrific!

A recent review of the job that Sapphire Cove/Baywinds Community from Terri, saying that the HOA informed the residents that the work being performed by Zero Pressure Roof Cleaning was to be completed in a couple of days is 100% not true. The HOA sent a notification to all residents that the work would take approximately two weeks, which is right on schedule. Contacted James as one of a few different companies in the area for a soft wash roof cleaning. Pricing was on par with a few other companies, however his reviews were much higher so I sent him an email. James responded almost immediately and within a few days he was on site. He took extra care to keep plants and grass safe, even moving some items out of the way that would have otherwise been damaged. I’ve had my roof cleaned 4-5 times over the last 8 years and he’s been the only person who hasn’t killed my landscaping. This alone should tell you something about his attention to detail. If you’re searching for a new pressure washing service, give James a call. Chances are you won’t find someone who will be as prompt, professional, and detail driven as he is!

I had originally scheduled with a different company, but they had an equipment breakdown. Zero Pressure was actually $100 cheaper. He had great communication, keeping me updated on the schedule. I didn't really think my roof was dirty, but the HOA sent me a notice. Boy was I wrong, it looks so much better now! Zero Pressure utilized a soft cleaning process and was very careful to unsure no damage to roof. The attached pic shows my roof and my neighbor's roof. They are the same color tile. It’s hasn’t looked this new since the roof was installed. All my neighbors are talking and they want it too. I will add, the whole process took about an hour an half. We have used several pressure washing services in the past but none of them compare to Zero Pressure Roof cleaning. One call and I was able to get an appointment on the date I desired. They were punctual and professional and made sure all of my plants were covered and protected! The end result was amazing and the price was very reasonable! The surprise was that today in America there is still good work, good price and an honest day work for an honest day pay. Blown away with these guys work ethics, they covered all shrubbery exposed grass and plants , air conditioner outside unit. The end results speak for themselves, roof that looked like it was never cleaned, the roof looked from gray to black shades. Now looks amazingly white!! Looking for a cooler summer too as this helps keep house cooler and reject the heat by reflecting it away from the house. They came on time did the roof driveway and lanai. Were very thorough and did some extras at no charge. Will definitely use them again

Roof was badly in need of a cleaning to the point where my paver contractor didn't want to lay marble until the roof was clean. Zero Pressure came the day after I called, on time. They covered all the plants and moved any pots that might get dripped on. The roof now looks new. Friendly and professional service for a fair price. Can't ask for more.

Zero Pressure cleaned my very dirty asphalt shingle roof recently. The two men that did the job were courteous and efficient, completing the job in under an hour. They also cleaned the front of the gutters.... which was a very pleasant surprise. Like so many others have said in their reviews, my (17 year old) roof truly looks like new again. The cost was more than fair and I fully recommend them.
